Directions and further information

From the North (e.g., Brecon / A4067):

Follow the A4067 southbound toward Swansea. Continue on the A4067 as it leads into the city, following signs for M4 / Neath / A4217.
Join the A4217 Fabian Way heading east toward M4 / Neath / Port Talbot.
Continue along Fabian Way for approximately 3 miles. Take the exit toward A48 / Llansamlet / Swansea Enterprise Park.
At the roundabout, take the exit for A48 and follow signs for Llansamlet.
Turn into the Swansea Vale / Swansea Enterprise Park area and follow local signs for Holiday Inn Express Swansea - East. The hotel is located just off the A48 with onsite parking available.

From the South (e.g., Cardiff / M4):

Take the M4 westbound toward Swansea.
Leave the motorway at Junction 44 (Llansamlet) and take the A48 toward Swansea / Llansamlet / Swansea Enterprise Park.
At the roundabout, continue on the A48 (Swansea Vale) following signs for Swansea Enterprise Park.
After a short distance, turn into the Swansea Vale business area and follow signs for Holiday Inn Express Swansea - East.
The hotel is located just off the main road with parking available for guests.
